We offer a variety of membership, class packages, and a drop-in single class rate. We offer monthly recurring memberships that range from a single weekly class membership to an unlimited membership. Membership packages are a 3 month recurring agreement that can be set to auto renew after the final installment payment or you can opt to manually renew. If your schedule makes a set class attendance commitment or you want the freedom to come as much or little in a week as you like without the commitment to the unlimited membership we sell 5, 10, and 15 class packages that are valid for 90 days and can be renewed when you reach your attendance limit or when you choose. Class packages make an excellent gift. We also offer drop-in options for a single payment prior to or at the time of your scheduled class.

We provide our clients with a harness and bungee setup to participate. We do recommend you purchase some fingerless gloves with palm padding to protect your hands when prone or sliding across the floor in a prone position. Cross Trainer tennis shoes, a lightweight shirt, and polyester or cotton bottoms that are breathable. Our instructors wear fitness apparel and prefer cotton joggers for comfort and breathability. We offer single use towels for purchase or members are encouraged to bring their own. The bungee resistance system is an intense cardio workout and you will sweat. A water bottle or protein shaker for hydration is highly encouraged to maintain hydration before, during, and after class.

No we are a studio that is 100% dedicated to offering Bungee Fitness group classes and personal training. There are many Bungee Fitness options across the country that are attached to dance studios along with various other class types and modalities. We ARE Bungee Fitness, our entire goal is to provide you the most intensely fun and effective exercise class without severely limited availability due to scheduling. We want to ensure all of our clients a full schedule that fits every lifestyle. We have classes running on the hour from 7am to 8pm M-F and 8am to 2pm Saturday. We have multiple hour slots available throughout the day for personal training appointments. We offer 30, 45, and 60 minute personal training appointments as well as nutritional coaching sessions for an additional cost.

No. We offer 1 week free with your membership with the option to cancel in the first 7 days. We allow a free intro class twice a day 6 days a week and is required to ensure all our clients have been safely introduced to the bungee system.

You can purchase in-person or online through our website or member app. You can select your desired option and choose to setup auto renew options or elect to manually renew when appropriate. If you are purchasing a membership for yourself and additional family members you can elect to have the delegated Head of Household manage the family plan or opt not to link accounts and pay separately. The membership is active the day of purchase unless you are purchasing as a gift then you can contact staff to discuss when you would like it to become active. Our memberships are 3 month agreements paid in 3 installments. You can elect to auto renew or renew when you choose. Each 3 month membership agreement requires a new agreement when renewed.

We try to offer options to fit most people but due to safety and health concerns we have to place some limitations on participation. We offer classes for individuals ages 8 and up for most our classes with the exception to our Parent and Me classes which are for ages 4 and up as long as they are able to safely fit the youth harnesses with a max capacity of 8 total participants. Most classes have a maximum attendance of 8-10 people. Class sizes can be smaller if designed for particpants that require additional points of contact for stability and safety. All participants are expected are encouraged to obtain a physical examination from their doctor prior to using any exercise equipment or participating in physical activity. Certain Chronic Conditions present a greater risk of adverse effects or serious injury due to participation in certain types of physical activity. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain clearance from a physician and disclose any and all conditions, injuries, or other concerns to staff prior to participation. adaptations and alterations to exercise or intensity can be made, but the client acknowledges it is their responsibilty to disclose any such concerns and acknowledge they are physically and psychologically able to safely participate. Lastly due to safety and health regulations our we offer a wide variety of equipment options to safely provide the proper resistance and safety outcomes of as many people as possible. However, because this is a suspended resistance training modality our max weight allowance for participation is 350 lbs to ensure safety and mitigate risk of injury or death.

We are open M-F from 7am to 8pm and Saturday from 8am to 2pm. We offer classes starting on the hour throughout the day.We are closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm, and have schedule restrictions M-W-F at 8am, 2pm, and 6pm for appointment availability hours for personal training and assessments. Saturday we offer classes at 8am, 10am, and 12pm. With appointment times available at 9am and 11am. Class schedules are subject to change or alteration if increased needs or interest requiring additional appointment times is needed. We have class times on our schedule 9 times a day M-W-F and 12 classes available Tues. and Thurs. Including the 4 class times on saturday we offer 43 classes average weekly.
