Hours of Operation

OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK

Monday-Friday: 6:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am to 2:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am to 2:00pm

**Classes are offered 6:00am to 10:00am, 2:00pm to 7:00pm **Free use gym time 11:00am to 2:00pm **Our free use gym time is available for all members and is open to drop in and work on techniques or workout at your leisure. **For punch card members this would use a 1 punch during the 3 hour time slot for free gym use time. **Our schedule M-F offers 11 classes with a variety of options and 3 hours daily of free use gym time.
